I have always sought to use my camera to capture the small moments in life. It is often a soft touch or glance that show the bonds of love. These are the images that families cherish most.
I have over twenty years of professional experience in photography. I began working in commercial photography, then worked as a photo editor and for the past thirteen years have worked as a photojournalist, primarily in Africa but also the Middle East and Latin America. My work has been published in most major newspapers and magazines in the US and Europe and I was a regular contributor to The New York Times, Newsweek, Vanity Fair, Essence and The United Nations to name a few.
In 2010 I was blessed with a son and began my career as a wedding photographer. Now I use my skills as a photojournalist to document one of the most important day in a person’s life their wedding day.
